Hope you had a great Christmas!! This is the picture we used for our cards this year. The malamutes are doing great. We installed more fencing and they now have a 45 x 90 play area for them to run in. Both are very healthy and the everyone's best friend.

Hope all is well with you. The dogs are still doing great!! Thor is maintaining 155 lbs and Athena 120. Our yard is fenced and they run and play together all day. They are very gentle with everyone and want to please.. Perfect pets.

Sorry I haven't kept up with the pictures. Here is our 2006 Christmas picture, Matt is holding our two Poms, Trixie the blonde and Rita the reddish one. Thor is laying down, he sits for about a minute and then lays down (same thing in last year's Christmas picture). They are not lazy dogs, when loose in the yard the chase each other around an hour or more at a time, then rest for awhile and then back to wandering around until one finds something interesting and then the chase begins. When in the house it is like having small cows in your kitchen. The other picture gives you an idea of their size, I am 6'3". These were taken in in early December 2006.

The dogs are doing great..Athena on the left and Thor on the right. They have lost most of their winter coat. Much of it has been recycled and gone to line the local birds' nests.

I hope all is well... The dogs contiue to do well!! I have no idea how much Thor weighs.. I expect it to be around 125lbs or more and Athena around 100. These pictures are from the end of November.. As you can see Thor (green ribbon) wasn't much interested in Christmas pictures.. Athena was a lot more cooperatiive.. Our two Poms just love being part of the comotion.
The dogs love the snow.. We have a large fenced in city park that has a couple of ball and soccer fields. Dogs are allowed so we can let them run in the snow for a couple of hous at a time. They always come back but I am still not 100% confident.

The dogs continue to do well. Thor listens very well, he wants to please us and tries all of the time to do what we want. Athena on the other hand has a mind of her own. I weighed Thor at the vet's about 2 weeks ago and he was 95.. Athena was a little over 78. Thor is over 27" at the shoulder, Athen won't stand still long enough to get a good measurement but it seems to be about 24-25". I wanted to take more picures this weekend but we had a lot of rain. We got 7" on Saturday and the back yard had a puddle about 10" deep, 12 feet wide and 40 feet long. They ran back and forth through it for hours. Matt is with Thor, he is 4"11" tall so you can get a good estimate of Thor's height. Hope all is well!

The dogs are about 5 1/2 months now and doing great. Thor the male is the better behaved.. they are bothvery affectionate dogs.. Thor is larger and probably close to 80lbs now. He is the one that is broadside. Athena has changed back to black, if you remember she had the very fluffy undercoat and was more grey in the last picture

The dogs are doing great.. Have been house broken for weeks now.. They come when called about 85% of the time. Thor sits on command most of the time.. At their last check up two weeks ago Thor was 46lbs and Athena 39.

They are really big, loveable babies though. Very freindly with everyone they meet.....

I'll send more pictures and an update after their next check up..
